Cottage Sweet Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cup (60 g) Spinach

  • 2.5 tablespoons, chopped Walnuts

  • 0.75 cup, grated Carrots

  • 0.75 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber peeled raw

  • 0.5 cup Grapes

  • 1.5 cup (not packed) (339 g) Cottage cheese low fat 1% milkfat

Directions:

  1. Finely chop the spinach, halve the grapes, peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, then chop into small cubes and grate the carrot.

  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the cucumber, carrots, walnuts, and grapes.

  3. Serve the spinach in a bowl and place the cottage mix on top. Enjoy!
