Carrot Cake Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 1.5 cup (365 g) Soy milk

  • 1.75 scoop Raw organic vanilla plant protein powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 slice (1" dia) Ginger root raw

  • 1.5 tbsp Chopped walnuts

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 0.5 medium Banana

  • 0.5 cup of slices (78 g) Carrots boiled without salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Use your favorite plant-based milk.

  2. Serve and garnish with walnuts on top.

  3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth, except for the walnuts.
