Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup (245 g) Greek yogurt plain nonfat

    0.5 tsp Vanilla extract

    1 tbsp Almond butter

    1 banana Frozen banana

    1.5 tsp Cinnamon

    0.75 cup (184 g) Almond milk

    0.33 cup (27 g) Oatmeal or rolled oats regular or quick dry uncooked

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes or water for a lighter consistency.

  3. Serve in a large glass. Optional: add monk fruit sweetener for extra sweetness.
