Dirty Banana Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
13.23 oz (375 g) Total 2% low-fat authentic Greek yogurt
0.75 large Banana
3 tsp Coffee instant
375 g (13.23 oz) Tofu firm
1.5 tbsp Chia seed
DIRECTIONS:
Blend the yogurt with tofu, banana, and coffee. Add one or two packets of monk fruit sweetener.
Transfer into a cup, add the chia seeds, and mix.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes or overnight.
