Dirty Banana Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 13.23 oz (375 g) Total 2% low-fat authentic Greek yogurt

  • 0.75 large Banana

  • 3 tsp Coffee instant

  • 375 g (13.23 oz) Tofu firm

  • 1.5 tbsp Chia seed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend the yogurt with tofu, banana, and coffee. Add one or two packets of monk fruit sweetener.

  2. Transfer into a cup, add the chia seeds, and mix.

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or overnight.
